Description

Happy new year! PREPARE FOR THE LONGEST NOTES EVER >:D Guys, I joined Scratch in 2013. So here are some people I'm glad I joined it for. (Note: I have some RL friends and relatives on Scratch--you know who you are, guys!--but I've saved this page for commending the people I met through this website. Don't worry--you're still awesome. :3) @RainStalker41 - Rainy, you were the first person I met on Scratch whom I now truly call a friend. I hadn't ever really heard of you until I joined your art contest, and even then, you were sort of a mysterious voice from the clouds (you had tons of followers, I had almost none :3). But then I followed you--and you followed me back. That was the follow that launched my entire "career" on Scratch. After you followed me, you were kind enough to audition for my AS, thus giving the auditions a huge boost of popularity. I'll always thank you for that. And you also did my first art trade with me (though you never finished your part *glares* I didn't even know what one was before then.) And not only that, but, Rainy, you are a very awesome person to talk to. And your art is so beautiful. I love what you do with the effects. You will always be my first friend on Scratch. (Plus, you've never switched accounts. X3) @TsukiKittyArtist - Whether on @TsukiKittyArtist, @SphinxGalaxy, or @-RedFeather-, you've always been a really great friend to me. So good, in fact, that I can't really remember how we met. I think it might have been when I auditioned for your BlazeClan series back when you were Sphinx, but I can't be sure. What I do know is, we picked up really fast. We started chatting about the different animated series we were doing (she's Feathertail in Ivy Lake!) and quickly found out we had lots in common. (Like, we both like JayfeatherxHalf Moon!) Since then, we've chatted countless times (including, at the moment, a spam party on my profile in all caps). In fact, Tsuki, you were the one who gave me the nickname Color, remember? I also love your art, and it's improving all the time! @EmmaKat - I met you early on--through an art contest, like Rainy--but didn't really call you a friend until recently. It was through TDIT's M.A.S. that we really got started. We were working on that together, and then we struck up a conversation about Harry Potter after you laughed at the title "The Prisoner of Catzcaban" on my update project. Since then, we've been good friends. I know I can always count on you for a good chat. We've laughed at early episodes of your MoonClan series together. We've started on an M.A.S. of our own, though that hasn't really gotten off the ground yet. We've discovered we both like Hollyleaf! And, as with all these other awesome people, our art style is really beautiful. (And yes, Raindapple is awesome!) @therealRavenfeather - So this person called @-Ravenfeather- followed me randomly one day. Having seen you around before, my natural response was, "Wut?" So I followed you too. Like ya do. And then you asked me to join your RPG. This is what I credit you for today--introducing me to the world of Scratch RP. I had never RP'd on Scratch before at the time, but the particular RPG sounded like fun, so I gave it a shot. And I was right...it was fun! Since then, I've started three RPGs of my own--and gained another friend to chat with. Thanks, Ravenfeather! @TheDoctorInTime - Like Ravenfeather, you followed me very suddenly one day, and I'd seen you on Scratch before. Unlike Ravenfeather, what immediately endeared me to you was the username. (Big Doctor Who fan over here!) I saw your M.A.S. and thought it would be fun to join that project, and now I'm seriously involved and loving it. Thank you for very enthusiastically approving many of my ideas for it (with lots of D's and exclamation points!) and also supporting my random Doctor Who-related cat art. @AsukaKittyArtist - Yes, I know who you are. :3 You were my second ever art trade (actually, I've never yet had someone finish their half of an art trade with me...) and also my fiftieth follower...big milestone there! Your art and backgrounds are stellar, and so is the music you compose! (M.A.S. theme song = AWESOME!) @Shadetail - First prize in your coloring contest was a follow from you. I tied for third place. You followed me anyway. Your art is really, really cool, as is that Warriors game you made, and you're nice to talk to! Plus you made me an icon once as a contest prize, and it was awesome :3 @otterstar - You may not really think of me as a friend, but you are amazing. How did you manage to do such beautiful and awesome artwork even before you got a tablet? You totally deserve your almost 750 followers. You're also really nice and it's fun to chat about stuff like street names (Silverleaf Ln. FTW!) Plus, you are one of only 10 scratchers (and I'll admit that includes myself X3) to earn a project in my favorites bar. @KittyDKat - You were the seventh, yes SEVENTH, person I ever followed on Scratch, and the ones before you were mostly people I knew in RL. Why the early follow? Three words: Spark of Fire. That series was one of the first, if not THE first, I ever auditioned for, and it inspired me to make an AS as well. I still love your art nowadays, though Spark of Fire is on hold, and I'll always remember you as the person who inspired me to animate. And you're the only Scratcher who has earned two spots in my favorite projects (both for SoF episodes!) @GuineaPig28 - We don't talk much anymore, but thank you for your enthusiastic approval of my art and animations, especially my "Ivy Lake" series! You're getting better at art as well. And last but of course not least... @TundraKittyArtist aka @Ravenfeathercat - I was considering not putting you on here, seeing as you're almost gone, but I realized you deserved a tribute even if the Scratch Team did ban you (they never should have!) Because you are an amazing artist. You are one of the few Scratchers whose improvement is obvious and very easy to follow. You've improved so much since I first found you! And thank you for giving me follow backs every time I discover yet another one of your numerous accounts. Tundra, I hope you can come back soon.
