To Open the Start Menu press the Up arrow and Down ,PRESS O TO SHUT DOWN MENU,THEN PRESS SPACE TO SHUT DOWN, as I was saying , to open My Computer press e and to get off the windows shut off screen press Left Arrow, also press Right Arrow to open Explorer!
