Yard maintenance, or territorial aggression? You decide! Weeds grow, scatter seeds, and seem to come out of nowhere. But you want to keep your yard neat. Easy! Just click on a weed to get rid of it. Weeds are counted every 30 seconds. You get points when there are more areas of your yard with no weeds than areas that do have them. After five rounds the game is over. (So every game takes 150 seconds, plus a few seconds each time it does scoring.)
I've had the idea for this rolling around in my head for a long time, since I spent a lot of time one summer sitting in my yard pulling weeds. It was very peaceful and relaxing - but this game doesn't really capture that aspect of it. :-) This game is way too hard on my laptop, the trackpad just isn't accurate enough to click on the tiny baby weeds. On my real computer with a proper mouse, it is much easier. The "music" came from the Scratch sound library.
