Basically, you pick a pallet (that's not taken already) and type it in the comments you can also put other customizable stuff in it for example; Hey, can I have 67 (this is not on here) as a dragon with water bubbles surrounding it? Also the music is not mine it's by Disney (which made Moana and that's the movie I got the songs from).
Also I'm not going to totally use the pallet I might use other colors (at least once on the OC) and a little darker colors for shading. For an example that I did press E (Don't use this OC I made because I made it as an example and something for myself). After you get your new OC you can do whatever you want with it (but don't claim that you made it please!) Oh yeah, and Have a nice day!
