ok so YOU HAVE TO DRAW EVERYTHING you can use effects but you cant download images of google for the backgrounds if i get enough entries i will have a winner who used scratch and one who used other programs because it is unfair on people who dont have all the things like photoshop BUT there is this website which everyone ca use and its free... http://pixlr.com/o-matic/ this allows special effects .
