For two players. Controls in game. Auto-accel toggle in menu. ON: Cars move foreward automatically, steering input only. OFF: Cars do not move unless acceleration key is pressed.
I used http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/2356935/ as a reference for momentum Version 1.1 - Added automatic acceleration toggle as requested by my tech teacher. - Reduced top speed of cars slightly
