Instructions

Click the screen to set the bpm (beats per minute) To set the bpm by pressing space, press space, and the metronome will stop. Then keep pressing space at the tempo you would like (make sure to go for more than five presses). When you are done, press any key other than space. Then it will average out all your beats and come up with a bpm. To set the bpm with the microphone, press "S". Then enter the threshold volume (the volume at which to sense a beat). The current volume will display to help you. Then, start making noise on the microphone at your tempo (make sure to go for a while, probably more than ten beats). When you are done, press any key. It will average out the beats, but it will cut out any beat that was much longer or shorter than the first three (these three are important!). If the metronome stops beating or fails to start after you set the beat, press "P" to restart it. Don't try to start it if you are setting the beat with the space key or the microphone!!!

Description

This is entirely my creation except for the metronome click sound, which comes from the Scratch sound library.
