Hey! So, here are the background character applications for my new animated series, Meridia!! So, I'm gonna need crowd members and classmates, things like that! Hence this project! :D Applications: Remix this project with your character/s! If your character makes it, I will probably end up asking you to voice act it, however you do not have to, and it doesn't affect your chances of seeing your character on the big (okay little XD) screen! I'm super excited about this series, it's going to be the first (I know of) of its kind here on Scratch! It's basically a future dystopian world drama, set on planet Meridia! About 200 years away from us (800 years ago from them) humans decided to set up colonies on other planets. The first of its kind was Meridia. Quoting Lady Amelia: 'Over 800 years ago, 2223AD, humans were finally ready to travel to new places, to uncover secrets undiscoverable from Earth. And so our ancestors began their journey to Meridia, our home. The journey was to take a long time. Our volunteers were required to hibernate in pods on the journey, and when they woke up, all their friends and family were to be dead. But they did it, our courageous ancestors overcame this small obstacle, for the hope of an entirely independent nation, free of any prejudices that had haunted Earth over the years.
