After looking at some beautiful Wario and Waluigi sprites, I thought about making my own palette for these two partners in crime. The original awesome sprites made by @The_Real_Mario6499 kind of had the colors of Wario and Waluigi for the GameCube. So I edited a bit to make them more look like their modern version. I used the artwork from Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash and edited them a bit. You might be wondering, "Why is Waluigi blue and green?" That's @WaluigisGreat. Also, don't go like, "Oh my god... I've been using the GameCube version one for the whole time..." It's my custom palette. Don't go crazy about it.
