If you stumble onto this project by accident, please don't tell a soul about it! ^.^ (This is a "surprise party" type secret, and we are not breaking the community guidelines. :D) Hey squad! :D This is our headquarters for now. It's small, but it works. :D Here's how we'll use it: Actual project: Sprite sharing/sprite database Notes and Credits: Updates, Rules, other boring stuff, etc. Comments: Meetings and discussion (I will delete afterwards but keep everything in a document, so if you need to see a comment again, please let me know and I'll repost it. :-) ). Initiation 1. Swear to secrecy. 2. Get briefed by CK. 3. Read these Notes and Credits. 4. Leave a generic comment on this project, like "hi!" so we'll be able to reach you again. Boring But Necessary Rules 1. Never share the objective or the blessing with AP OR non-squad members. 2. Never communicate via profile or studio comments (even if it's a long way down). 3. Always use code (or don't use trigger words). 4. Leave no trace (always delete comments, take hidden sprites out of projects once they have been transferred, etc.) The AP must not find out about the blessing until Launch Week! :D To-do 1) Branding (studio, example project, and blessing thumbnails) 2) Planning example projects (ask for more detailed list) 3) General coordination (leaving comments, organizing squad committee group thingies) 4) Studio moderation and involvement (during Launch Week) 5) Creating example projects that foster community involvement 6) Writing (help with blessing, studio, and example project descriptions). As far as non-squad things go, we also need: 1) Animators for blessing (A) 2) Scratchers willing to share their story in a short voice recording (VR). 3) Scratchers to make their own projects thanking the AP.
