While Dr. Dee strives to create a solution to the problem, the evil Dr. Glitzenbergur takes the serum for himself and teams up with Malphas. Although Dr. Dee was not able to make an antidote, he was able to fix the already existing serum, and made Virginia Dare with it, who, together, fight to protect humanity and end the tyranny of Malphas and Dr. Glitzenbergur...
