Ugh I know it's horrible sorry. "Hurry up, brother!" I squeak. "You're only angry that you didn't catch the mouse first." Brightfur smirks at me, the dead rodent hanging from his mouth. "I'm only angry that we were supposed to be home by sundown. Now there are wolves and owls and mother is going to be a tornado of angry fur!" I stop, out of breath. "Leaftail, run!" my brother howls at the top of his breath. I turn to see what started him. It's a human, coming out of the door of his house, with a metalic-looking stick in his hand. "You first!" I shreak at my brother, and he runs off into the woods behind the human's house, towards mother. I run off into the woods, taking a differ- ent turn, but ending up by Brightfur. "You're safe!" my little brother squeaks. "Don't act so surprised, silly." Our mother just smiles.
