*s l i g h t g o r e w a r n i n g* S T R E S S R E L I E F P R O J E C T Lately, I've been extremely stressed. Y'know, with all the 'middle school stuff'. tons of homework, tons of tests, and tons of j u d j e m e n t. I've been losing sleep for about 4 months now, getting about from 4 to 1 hour of sleep per night. usually I just space out until I realize that I'm awake and need to go to school in 2 hours. But yeah, I made this because I felt really stressed and this helped me a lot, also I was testing out some things :0 hope you like it!!
