He's not a king, that's just his first name. He was the leader of the BGVO (Bad Guys and Villains Organization) and tried to hijack an entire island and enslave its citizens. Fortunately, he failed and he was impeached. He got so outraged by this that he avenged his impeachment by forming a new organization called the AEDOVA (Abandoned Evildoers and Other Villains Association) and attacked the same army he used to own. Don't mess with the king!
