I know it might take extra time, but I would appreciate it if you could please record at least two takes of each line. Also, please know that there is a possibility that I will ask you to re-record. Since I can't be there while you're recording, it is inevitable that we will each have different interpretations of some of the lines, so re-recording is just another part of the process. :-) I will do my best to let you know as soon as possible whether or not I need you to record again so that it hopefully won't be too inconvenient. As for a due date, please pick your own date and comment it below, and I will write it down. :-) Finally, when you are finished with your lines, please do NOT remix this project! (giving someone permission to speak; nervous) "Yes, of course, Madam Ayleth." (The Counsel Members are leaving the room, and Selah is trying to speak over them) Yes! T-thank you! Thank you everyone. We will meet again in a fortnight, as planned. Yes, good-bye. Thank you for- (lowers her volume because she realizes everyone is gone) ...coming." (talking to herself; half-sarcastic, disappointed) "Well, that was... interesting. I don't think I'll ever get the hang of it." Here's a conversation between Eden and Selah. I decided to give you the whole convo so that your lines would make more sense. :-) Just record the lines for Selah please. :-) EDEN: (sarcastically and poetically) Another day, another meeting, and for the High Queen, another beating. SELAH: (trying not to laugh, but scolding), Eden… EDEN: Aw c’mon, Selah! You shouldn’t let any of them talk to you that way. Especially that Sir Merek. SELAH: (slightly exasperated) Eden, Merek is twice, maybe thrice my age. There’s not much I can do. EDEN: Age doesn’t matter. Phineas says just the way you carry yourself can make you look decades older! (joking) Now, if I was in charge- SELAH: (laughing/joking) You?? Nooo, I saw you over there. You were unconscious for nearly half of the meeting! EDEN: Yeah, and thanks to Sir Merek and Madam Ayleth, I couldn’t go back to sleep. SELAH: (joking yet reprimanding, as only a big sister can do) You should be paying better attention, young lady. EDEN: Well, maybe I would if you guys start talking about stuff that’s actually interesting. SELAH: (good-natured sigh) What am I going to do with you? (Phineas helped Selah out with the finicky Counsel Members, and Selah is slightly embarrassed that she couldn't handle them herself) "Thanks, Phineas." (giggling) "Of course not." (nervous; tense) "What? Is something wrong?" (questioning; wants more info) "But-" (she gets interrupted) (in parting; as if she was saying goodbye) "Until then." (worried; stressed) "I don't know." (trying to make the best of the situation even though she's clearly worried) "Well, there's no use fretting about it. All we can do is wait until tonight. I'll be resting in my chamber if you need me."
