Once upon a time, a billion years in the future, a time none of us can see without the Tardis (Doctor Who reference lol), the earth was no longer our home. Our main character, whose name we shall discover soon, was one of the many in the new space colonies. As he walked through the colony, which happened to be established on the moon, he thought about how humans a billion years ago needed air to survive. They also needed the sun. On the moon, the sun was rarely seen, because it didn't appear often. But today was the day. For the first time in years, more years than our main character had been alive, the sun would shine on their side of the moon. Just a long long long long hour of endless waiting later, Jason -for that was his name- almost had to run inside. It was blinding and breathtaking. Suddenly, everything had brighter colors, brighter than with just the lamps. And the Sun itself was a masterpiece. It was glowing brighter than anything, and had so many hues of yellow and orange and red that Jason could barely process them all. And there were these... these lines coming out of it, and then curving, and shrinking back into the sun. And suddenly, it was all gone. Jason found himself in his bed, on Earth, and sighed. It was only a dream.
