Okay, this is all I've got so far. Basically, the fish is never told to do anything, but programs a bit like we do. It has a list of options, and puts them together. I consider it "smart" because it is not just randomly picking blocks. It checks for repeats. It also puts it together before running. Try it multiple times - there is no group of set functions it picks randomly from. While repeating programs are possible, it is not likely. I consider it to be programming on the most basic level of all. Thinking about it, it might be ALMOST on the level of somebody with only the blocks it has, who has never programmed before. Only difference? It has no goal. I plan to keep improving this. Maybe one day it will have goals, and use certain blocks to get them. Also, yes I know the graphics are from the library, this is just more programming based. Wouldn't it be cool if one day, projects programmed themselves, perhaps drawn with pen so no graphics must be made by us?
