update 6/7/2015 - i have not worked on this for a while. As of now I will make an attempt to work on this again. I'm opening up comments but PLEASE note that I am leaving off from after the dog battle. That being said, if you do happen to beat the dog and go to Leafpool, she may not say anything because I am currently working on that. Your guys feedback and ideas motivate me, and I really appreciate it. :3 I really love ideas, so tell me some! Have a cool character I should add sometime? Tell me! Got a cool plot idea? Tell me that too! xD So, now that I've got that out of the way, let's discuss the features. I have not progressed past the dog attack. I have NOT worked past it. Nothing happens after. At least, I don't think anything does. This game will have mates, kits, apprentices, music, battles, and visiting other camps. Yeah, look forward to that. Now, let's answer some questions ( kind of ) you may or may not have asked whether or not its in the comments. Q: I can't beat the dog! A: Yes you can, it's just really hard. I'd recommend spamming the space bar as soon as his health bar appears. It all depends on strategy and luck. Q: The dog regained health! A: Fixed. :] He doesn't do that anymore, I believe. Q: Where's the dog? A: After hunting the squirrel for Snowfrost, she'll tell you about dogs, and then you go to Firestar and do what he says. Q: How do you hunt the squirrel? A: Spacebar. Q: I SEE A HUGE SQUIRREL! A: You might wanna see a doctor for that. Q: Why is it so glitchy? A: Because it's a work in progress..? Q: Why's the music glitchy? A: Feel free to ask me something not listed here and I'll answer it as soon as I can. I'll try to add suggestions to the game, if I have time.
I do not own ANY of these songs. The concept of warrior cats and the book series itself belongs rightfully to Erin Hunter. Leafpool and Firestar are the only characters brought back from the original book series. This is an AU, meaning an alternate universe where anything that happened in the book series has either not happened recently or did not happen at all. NOTE -- THE DOG BATTLE IS GLITCHY, TELL ME IF YOU BEAT THE DOG CAUSE IDK IF ITS POSSIBLE. Read below for bug fixes and updates. 6/7/2015 - opened up comments, added some conversation with leafpool 1/30/2015 - Fixed up the dog battle so he wouldn't regain health. 12/19/2014 - Finished Snowfrost's quest, and added in the DOG BATTLE!!! Not as interesting as I hoped it would be, but it's still a battle! 12/17/2014 - Fixed the hunting glitch where you couldn't hunt the mouse. Added more to Snowfrost's quest including interactive choices that will influence your gameplay, which I plan on using a lot if all goes well! Still quite buggy. 12/17/2014 - Added the squirrel, but is extremely buggy. As of right now, you CANNOT process past the mouse because, well, you can't hunt the mouse due to coding issues. 12/9/2014 - You can now pick your pelt! I have removed the ability to duck and jump however, because I couldn't do them with all the pelts and plus they had no real purpose. 12/1/2014 - Adjusted the name-choosing so you could only pick a prefix due to issues with the naming system. I am working on Snowfrost's Quest given at 13 moons.
