On the map, choose a level, or press the store button. In a level: Use the arrow keys to move, up arrow to jump, and down arrow to drop through platforms. Hold down space and press the arrow keys to attack. You can attack to the left, attack the the right, stab upward, and (with the bandit character) do a downward thrust after jumping in the air. Press m to enter a building while standing in front of its door. Press m again to exit that building. Press c to change your character. You can only do this in free play mode.
