I was blown away! The project that this was posted on was an advent calendar. Who does something like this?! The project contains absolutely no offending content for Jews or any other religion. How can the project be offending for just being about Christmas?! I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I apologize to anyone who is Jewish, if you think I'm being mean to you, but seriously! Since when was Scratch about what your religion is?! I don't care if your Jewish or Muslim or Christian, as long as you are being respectful of others. This is not respectful by any means. This is someone who wasn't thinking when they posted it. I'm not saying this person (you know who you are) is a bad person, they just didn't make a very good decision in what they say. I blocked this person's name for their privacy. If you see anyone do something like this, then link them to this project. Everyone needs to know that this is not ok, because if this were put on my profile or any of my projects, then I would alert scratch authorities (somehow). However, I will let the owner of the project deal with it in any way they see fit. Don't be this guy (or girl) and be respectful of everyone and their religions. Now, if a project is truly discriminatory, then yes, flag it. But simply disagreeing on something is not a reason to be offended. This also goes with other things that are currently under debate. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and views. Going back to the point of my whole rant, what this person did, taking offense where none was necessary and making an unnecessary comment, was wrong. I hope no one else does this.
