-RULES- 1: code word black 2: in color pallet use the white for line art and you may fill it with pitch black but plz use the back ground color only for back ground and nothing else. for crazy parts of the song go crazy with trippy and random neon animation. but for calmer yet still crazy areas use neon a little like tears or what ever. 3: this is a amv/pmv but for parts like 4,5, and 6 plz use amv. 4: animals would be best and bit map/any art program just plz no vector. 5: when you start your part plz have it so when yours ends the next part is broad casted. the only part that should have it start when you press the flag should be part 1 so it flows smoothly when i put it all together. (don't ask me about it cuz it's hard to explain XP ) 6: all parts MUST be in by: April 30th. 7: im gonna be picky so i will look through your profile and stuff before i allow you to join. if you don't get it do not whine because IDC and will delete it. also if you take a part with out permission i will ask you to take it down and you have no point in fighting back. 8: true pass word is: black and white 9: animationsss!!! and 4 parts per person. 10: plz share this with your friends because i really wanna finish this and it will be AWESOME!!! 11:OH also most parts are short but some are also longer so if you choose a long one you should stick to 1 part. 12: lip syncing will be nice even if it's really bad. also have at leatst 10 frames or more. even for pmv. 13: enjoy!!!
