~ One Week. Massive MAP. ~ Let's see how this goes. XD This is a sort of thanks for 1600+ MAP as well. XD | The parts have been announced! Please check the instructions to see if you got a part! Also, if you have more than one part, you get an extra week per part (2 parts = 2 weeks for example). Hope everyone has fun animating and I look forward to seeing your parts! Let's do this! :D ) ~ R U L E S ~ (You MUST read these to get in) + Alrighty, here's how this MAP is going to work! In 3-7 days, I'm closing the MAP. When the MAP is closed, I'll choose from those that have entered and distribute the parts with their preference in mind. This means that I will not be accepting people till the MAP is closed. No matter what happens, this MAP will be finished within two weeks, even if half of it is dancing hippocampus's. (Reference to something later on XD) There is a fairly good acceptance rate, and with this comes some slightly challenging rules: + Your part must be done in one week. It must be a remix. If your part isn't finished in time, the MAP will be finished without it and a dancing hippocampus will be put in it's place. (MCC campers will get this reference. XD ) + You must only use one sprite. You may also use a sprite for the backdrop. (Your backdrops must be in a sprite otherwise your part will not have a backdrop in the final MAP). + Please primarily animate, but you may augment your part with some PMV style. + Please don't include lyrics. + You must understand how a MAP works to join. Also, please link me to your 1-2 best animations/art when asking for your part. + I'm going to be a little picky about what you can animate. I would prefer if you used two OC's representing the woman and Phantom during your part- However, what form they are in also matters. I'm fine with any sort of animal, however I'm picky about some styles of humans. If you get accepted I'll mention if you are okay to include humans in your part if you wish. Also, please tell me the top three types of creatures you like to draw, as when choosing I will want a little variety of what shows up in this MAP. (If you are good with dragons, cats, wolves and other similar/related creatures you will have an even further increased chance of getting in). Also, I'm going to be picky with fandom-related characters. If you plan on using a fandom, please tell me what it is as well. + The codeword is to remember all of the stuff I'm asking you to include in your comment asking to join. xD There is really a lot of it- I'll know if you've read the rules or not if you manage to include it all. (The top 3 parts you want, the top three creatures you can animate, the links, etc.) + Tell me the top 3 parts you would like. I will warn you that you might not get the part you want when I'm choosing, but I will try my best to give people parts that they want. + If you get part 1, please include "Phantom of the Opera MAP" and "Hosted by Novakitty" in your part. + Exactly what you animate the characters doing is up to you. You could try your hand at lip-syncing, or just have them on an epic quest or having a meaningful backstory moment. Whatever you feel like, as long as it goes with the beat. xD + Title your sprites after your part number. + Avoid excessive effects and clones, and avoid "Message 1" broadcasts. + Have fun and please join! It can't hurt to leave a request comment- especially with the high likelihood of acceptance.
