9/5/2015: I've reworked the project to eliminate dependency on clones for broadcasts (made it really slow with lots of variations). It should now render smoothly for any number of variations. Pen alpha used for much better visuals. Inspired by @tsulej's fractal flame explorer. Please check it out, it's awesome: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/17114670/ The code is actually pretty basic. The hardest part is just making all the variations. :)
