Welcome to driving simulator. Move with arrow keys. To change speed press 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. That then changes the speed second, which controls how long to wait after changing costume or background.

NOTES I tried to make it semi realistic, I'm adding to this game every chance i get. I will try my best make your recommendations reality and will reply to every comment i get in 1-2 weeks or less.
