If you are, make your attacks take a long time to prepare. 2. Max HP- 4000, Min HP- 100. 3. No recolors... 4. It's one thing to be weird, or have a disability, but it's another to have low-quality things- so in other words, put effort into your sprites. 5. Follow the scratch guidelines. 6. Uhm... @CreeperReign is out of rules now, but he will add more if the remix tree burns up in flames.
