Hello! Welcome to the //Frozen Peaks\\ RP info page. This is a project to find out all about the tribes, so lets get into it! TRIBES: Peak Tribe-Peak tribe cats live in the mountains. They are very fluffy cats because they need to protect them selves from the wind and harsh winters. They often hunt snow hares, mice, hawks and birds. Mountain tribe cats are very strong because of mountain lions and large predators that live in the mountains. Gorge Tribe- these cats live in a gorge near the bottom of the Peak Tribe mountain. They live on a flat peice of territory that leads down the the river. The gorge clan cats have silk pelts for swimming in the river. The often hunt fish, mice, birds and anything that comes down from the mountains. These cats are known as very water born cats. They love swimming and can stand very cold waters. Sky Tribe- Sky Tribe in like starclan but for the tribes. It is a place for the tribe cats' spirits to go when they die. Sky Tribe cats live in harmony with each other an they watch over the tribes. They send prophecies and warnings to the clans. They are the living memories of the tribe cats. RANKS: Leader-A leader is a cat who runs the tribe, they care for the tribe's well being and makes sure the tribe is protected. They are like a leader from warriors but only for the tribes. There is no deputy. The leader seeks advise from his senior hunters and defenders. When a cat is made leader, they elect a new cat who will be their successor. That cat will be in charge if something is ever to happen the the leader and will take over the clan when the former leader retires to be an elder or passes away. The leader is close the sky Tribe. They get prophecies in their dreams. Leaders who are she-cats are allowed to have kits, they will just have their successor help them lead while they are queens Healer- There is only 1 healer per tribe. They collect herbs from the territory and care for his tibemate's wounds and sicknesses. They have a truce created by Sky Tribe that allows them to go through out the territories in peace and visit the other medicine cats. Once a healer is ready, they are allowed too take on an apprentice. They will train that apprentice to be the next healer of the tribe. The healers are very close to sky tribe and often speak to them in dreams. Healers are not allowed to have kits. The code word is "i cant find the code word ;W;" Hunter-The hunters are the cats of the clan who collect food for the clan. Every hunter has different ways of hunting, but they all share the basic tactics. Hunters provide meals for the clan and they do not patrol the borders. Though, they do not defend the clan usually, they do learn basic fighting skills to defend themselves and their tribe is needed. Defender-The defenders are the cats in the tribe who provide the clan's protection. These cats patrol the territories and set markers and they do not hunt. Defenders fight in battle and guard the camp. Defenders also learn basic hunting skills so they are not completely helpless when it comes to finding food. Apprentices- The apprentices are the cats in training, They can choose to be a hunter or a defender and sometimes a healer. They get assigned a mentor in the rightful group and train to be the rank of their choice. The Apprentices share dens, with each other unlike defenders and Hunters. Healer apprentices sleep in the healer's den with their mentor. Queen- Queens are she-cats who are expecting or taking care of kits. Queens stop their duties and move the the nursery where they will raise their kits. They do not return tho duties until their kits are apprenticed. Elders-elders are cats who are to old to hunt or defend. They often share stories with the kits and apprentices. Elders are known as the wise cats of the tribe who are very close to sky tribe but not as close to sky tribe as healers and leaders. When a cat joins sky tribe, it is the elders duty to dig a hole and carry the cats body to the burial place. SUFFIXES Sky- "Sky" is the suffix the leader gets when they become leader. leap- "leap" is the suffix a kit gets when it becomes an apprentice kit- "kit" is the suffix a kit gets when it is born (i know that this is from warriors, but it just fit) And as for the other cats like Hunters, healers, queens, and defenders, they get their own suffixes like song, fur, pelt, ear, claw and more!

There is a truce at every meeting. At the meeting, leaders announce news from their tribes. There is to be no hostility in the clans. If the clouds cover the moon, or it starts raining, it shows that sky Tribe is angry and the meeting is over. BOUNDARIES AND BORDERS: The borders mark where the end of a territory is, Every day the defenders go on patrol to re-mark the borders. There are also boundaries of where cats can not go. For example, no cat is aloud past Meeting Stones. OUTSIDERS: There are two types of outsiders. Wanderers and rogues. Wanderers are just cats who respect the tribes but they dont want to join the tribes. Rogues are cats who dont respect the clan and want nothing to do with the tribes.
