I just dug this out of my Scratch projects folder today and finished it because it was pretty cool. I started this a few months ago, but I couldn't get the dragging right, so I gave up. I figured it out and fixed it, so it works pretty well, even though it's still kinda glitchy. It's just a draggable/resizable window that could be used for a Scratch OS. Resize it from the edges and drag it from the top. It works pretty well online too!
