༺∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞༻ | The CubePackz are here! (finally) | ༺∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞༻ The great work is done. Noice. | [scroll down] | This part is quite long, not necessary for the actual game, and contains minor cringe, so you can skip it and scroll down. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– First of all, I do not like to say stuff like that, but really, admire this. Please. This took me ages to make and I guess I could have died while making it (cringey, i know XP). I remember sometimes that I just stayed up all night (not that I normally sleep, anyways lol), trying to find a way to get this to actually work. | Well, I thought I had to dump all my experience with this out here before I forget it, so yeah I guess: Basically, scratch had been going really smooth for me and I felt like as long as I was doing it, I can finish anything until I started making this project, where, not only were errors, but I did not know what error I made or what I should do to fix it. The only way that remains is to try all the ways I can think of. And god knows how long it took me to find the right one and how many hours a day I spent thinking about how to get this working. For a period of time, I just sometimes suddenly woke up in the middle of night with an idea of how to do it, and mostly i just tested it right off the bat (and it mostly failed). Okay, so after I got the main structure of the project going, everything was sort of in control again: Drawing the actual cards went really well with seemingly no shortage of new ideas; programming the packs & random card generation was pretty fluent; and all the interactive buttons and animations were doing what I wanted. The second "big struggle" came when I was trying to create a card collection that you can view in-game. I had never ever done a viewing system in coding before, so some problem arose as I didn't even know how to start making the scripts. So what I did was: I thought about it. Hour after hour. My conclusion was to use lists for the first time in my life. They were easier than I thought and I understood them after just a few days of self-learning and playing around with blocks. And then the boring work of putting all the x-and-y numbers determining where the cards will be located in the collection into all the repetitive code sections. But this went quicker than I thought it would take, and the game is done. Despite some minor bugs caused by fixing other, more important bugs, I'm quite happy about how this finally turned turned out! | Features 40+ unique cards! (More than a hearthstone deck) | THIS IS WHAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO KNOW FOR THE GAME ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– WHAT YOU DO: Click the flag. Go to shop. Click buy. Get the pack. Open it (click open). Click ok to collect cards. Go to collection to see your cards. Do not spam the "next" button in the collection as it'll cause major visual glitches. Repeat this process and have fun. | Some other stuff you might want to know: • Fullscreen looks gorgeous. • Go on a pack and click i to see informations. • There are still minor bugs when opening packs. • Mad pack might be glitchy. • Due to coding issues, you won't be able to have two or more of the same cards in your collection, but multiple of the same cards WILL affect your achievements. • The "things" on the cards are modified versions of the cube from my "The Inner Fire" platformer game series. • Some cards contain not very realistic blood graphics, so not recommended for people with strong hemophobia. • What great cards did you get? • Did you become the legend 27??? ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | It's time. | | | | Unleash the memes!!! | | ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ ʖ

On a side note: This game looked a lot better before Scratch 3.0 came 'round. Hate how the update ruined all my projects' visuals.
