I think I went overboard with the fluffles and hair clumps. It's a normal-sized neck, I promise! Mhmmmh, I had a fun time speculating what this one is like. I was thinking a lighthouse keeper of some sort? A haunted lighthouse? I mean, I was thinking of your username at the time, so I tried making them look a bit spectral with some navy/yellow/weird tealish green palette. Well, I hope you like it ;v; It's late.
