This is Neon Galaxy, who I'm hopefully adopting from PaintedMelody! If you look closely, you can see the 0s and 1s in her pupils. She doesn't really care if she hurts other cats' feelings trying to reach her goals. Backstory: Neon was once the computer program NeonGalaxy.exe. No I'm not making a creepypasta reference, .exe is just a file extension. She was essentially an extremely complicated virtual pet nearly indistinguishable from an actual cat. However, the programmer neglected to give her a background, which made Neon's artificial life very lonely. One day, another program was downloaded to the computer. It was a virus. Neon saw her chance and used the virus to send a proposal to the hacker: If he could help her escape, she'd send over some passwords. The deal was accepted, and after a few hours, a glowing red portal appeared. Neon stepped through and left the computer and is now living happily in the real world.
