It's not perfect, but this is my attempt at a fill tool. Press Space to paste the stencil. Press LEFT or RIGHT to scroll through the Costumes. Press Green Flag to Begin filling it with color. Best used with Shift + Green Flag for Turbo Mode to go faster.
