Its about a boy named Max, who has a legendary Black Latias from Sinnoh that brought him to Isshu. Koon (the magician) sees the black Latios with Max. But wants it for the Latios. Max rejects his trade and Koon gets mad D: .{SPOILERS} THEN: Max flies to Hiun City... and he finds the Isshu League admission. The first gym leader is there. Max accepts the battle and wins. He flies off but Latias has injured its wing from battle. Then, Max decides to walk until... they meet a Healer (Koon) who steals Latias.
