~BIO~ Chitchat was born in Sinnoh, not Unova, so he's sort of unfurmiliar with the routes. That is, except for Route 3, when he claimed to have seen a Zeburaika. He also said he fought it, because it has a mark from it, though he won and now it's his buddy. Zeburaika, named Zipzap, is a very strong Pokemon. Infact, he has made several dents in a Starmie's jewel. Zipzap is like a tour guide and a body guard for Chitchat.
