All by me. A WHOLE LOT OF CODE WENT INTO THIS!!! So if you like it please love and star. On level 4 you press the down arrow to shoot Reshiram. I used a balloon for the ammo ;). YOU HAVE TO GET PAST LEVEL ONE TO SEE ALL THE LEVELS!!! AFTER LEVEL ONE IT SHOWS THE LEVEL KEY CODES!!!!!!!!!! Sorry that the special level isn't working, but I will try to fix it.
