This is Sparta, Azen's henchman/worker. He also wears a scouter, but it's almost impossible to see. You can see it on the big picture, and a little bit of the jumping sprite. SPOILER ALERT!!! Sparta is one of the only Plasma Hedgehogs left as well. As of this point, he doesn't have a super form. NO TAKIE SONG WITHOUT ASKING FIRST!!! This is the theme to Raging Blast 2, and Sparta's new theme.
