Meet Latte! he is the prisoner in burnt rubber, the form where he has white and blue with silver cross shackles, is his washed-out form, where he is insane and ready to bite. (cross shackles are silver rings with a cross inside, they are put into the prisoner by sticking the two rods in the prisoner's neck, wrist, or ankles. then the silver ring is forged on while the prisoner bites on a leather cloth.) He is a Sea-wolf, the last one and he is the one that makes waves.
