Use arrow keys to change screen :) Want to see more of my projects? Then follow me! :D Please don't add to AE studios. Previous project: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/13263652/ Next project: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/14852882/ Read the notes if you want some more information on some of the ideas and to see some more ideas :) There was a bug for which I didn't notice for a few hours where it would skip one page every time you pressed the right arrow :/ ------------------------------------------ Credits ---------------------------------------------- All designs and edits made by me in Adobe Photoshop. I got the two fonts used in this project from dafont. Music: Journey through the victory Made By: TheInstrumentalCore TheInstrumentalCore makes great music, I have used his music in several of my projects. He shares his music via Youtube, I strongly recommend you look him up. The piece used in this project is one of my favorite songs from him along with Hybridization of Humanity which I used in my project BubbleOS.
Hi! I made this project to share my thoughts on some of the ways the Scratch website could be improved. If you've got an idea on how the Scratch website could be improved, share your thoughts by leaving a comment below or by remixing the project and adding more slides! Spread the word Join the discussion: http://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/21215/?page=1#post-192796 and http://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/21216/?page=1 #Tomorrow'sScratch Also, check out this studio http://scratch.mit.edu/studios/291103/ Enjoy, - Unrealisation More Ideas: Quoted from epninja's comment: " Community achievements though would be a great way to get new Scratchers into getting more involved with the community though, I've seen sites which have used it such as heroesofruin.com, a community website based around a game and to get people interacting and playing with each other they have achievements like 'first online mission', on Scratch it could be something like 'first forum post', or 'first project uploaded'. And to get them interacting with other people there could be ones like 'first remix' and such. Another good one would be to register projects as collabs rather than just seeing another project as a remix, which the collab head would organise, and any person with a remix of that project registered as a collab by the head would have their name in the 'notes and credits' of all the projects under that collab, that would encourage people to also see all the other people in the collab, and also it could show a link to the latest version of the collab and who it's by, that would make collabs so much more clean, as when I do a collab, people keep asking me to update it and I have to keep telling people to check out the latest version by my collaborator. " More Info ;) I guess I got the idea to make this project when I made a suggestion on a feature that I really thought the ST should add . Then I just started getting more and more ideas coming from all direction, for example, I was inspired to add the hashtag feature into this project from @Masquerola 's Tcodina project. If you haven't seen that project yet, I order you to have a look at it :P Here's the link: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/14305250/ click it, you know you want to ;) Also there's a few things that I didn't mention in the project. For idea 4, you would be able to disable this feature if you wanted to, or appear offline at certain times. You would also be able to disable idea 5. For idea 2, in response to 'what if the users are no longer active?', if they don't accept the invite in, let's say 14 days, then it would automatically accept the invite, and the old remove that project later if they come back. Also, options could be added like 'allow projects to be added to studios' and 'ask my permission before adding projects to studios.' Some Scratchers wouldn't want their messages crowded with people asking to add their projects to a studio. Further explanation for idea 3 - Idea 3 would make it easier for people to share ideas - ideas for projects, designs etc. that everyone could easily find and see! I know the example used in the project isn't the best :/ Also, this feature would make it easier for people to find great projects, for example if a #FavoriteProject was created, this would allow maybe less-known scratchers to get more attention! :)
