Redstorm's memories belong to her. This is some of HER story! Anyways, Redstorm has the saddest backstory ever. Look below in notes and credits to see some of it.
DawnHeart looked at Reedstar, worriedly. Reedstar looked down at Sherbertkit and Redkit. Reedstar knew that he was their father. MidnightClaw was the father of Shadowkit and Sunsetkit. Redkit and Sherbertkit had the looks of Reedstar even if MidnightClaw was the mate to DawnHeart. Reedstar was DawnHeart's first mate before MidnightClaw came to the clan as a rogue. DawnHeart knew that MidnightClaw would try to kill Redkit and Sherbertkit if he found out about them, so she asked Reedstar to take them to his den and care for them. She said that whenever they needed her, just call for her. And so Reedstar did just that. The kits where hidden for 3 moons until MidnightClaw found them. Reedstar and DawnHeart knew the kits where in danger. DawnHeart battled MidnightClaw so Reedstar could get the kits away, safely. Reedstar took the kits and hid them under a thistle bush. When Reedstar returned to help DawnHeart, MidnightClaw was about to kill her. Leaping into action, Reedstar attacked MidnightClaw so DawnHeart could get to the kits. Reedstar then slashed his claws down MidnightClaw's throat. MidnightClaw jerked and fell limp. Reedstar raced away from the dead body and looked for DawnHeart. He found her curled around the kits, protectively. They took the kits back to camp, but everybody had seen Reedstar kill MidnightClaw. They growled and hissed as Reedstar and DawnHeart carried Redkit and Sherbertkit to the leader's den. Three more moons past. The clan still hated the kits for being the reason why Reedstar killed MidnightClaw. Redkit and Sherbertkit soon became Redpaw and Sherbertpaw. When the other clans heard about the death of MidnightClaw, they too became angry. Soon, the other clans attacked the camp. They wanted the kits banished or killed. the clan joined the others in the attack. Reedstar, DawnHeart, Redpaw, and Sherbertpaw where surrounded by the clans. Reedstar tried to reason with the clans that the kits meant no harm. But Bonestar of Mountainclan would not listen. Bonestar said the kits should be destroyed. Sonicstar of Snowclan and Salmonstar of Lifeclan disagreed with Bonestar and said the kits should just be exiled from Diamondclan. Reedstar growled and told them that Redpaw and Sherbertpaw where part of their family and that thier great ancestor was the ledgendary warrior, StormQuake. He said that her blood ran in their veins and her spirit shines brightly in their hearts. But the leaders didn't listen. DawnHeart screamed enough and said that they weren't being fair. She said that they where just kits and they cant be cast out of the clan. Salmonstar said that DawnHeart was right and that they have to stay because of a prophecy she received from Starclan. She told them the prophecy: The blood of Quake will rise from Dawn and the Shadow will break the bond, as the sunset begins the storms will rise from the darkness of the shadows with fur of red, green and blue and eyes of fire and blood, the clans will unite as one. The clans stared at Salmonstar as she finished speaking. Four moons past ever since the battle. Redpaw was now Redstorm and Sherbertpaw was now Sherbertstorm.
