Here's my entry for @Painted-Pupper's Design a Puplander contest! All the info on the character is inside the project. Also, for his shirt and pants I had to use non-palette colors because I couldn't find the right colors within the palette for them. The song playing is the Milo Murphy's Law theme song :D
