It's not the "hardest" but it is VERY hard. You need to kill that yellow circle. You also need to survive the attacks. If you have 0 health you die. If the yellow circle has 0 Yellow Health then you win. It's possible but don't ask me because it's too hard for ME! You get a heal point every 0.5 seconds, 35 heal points is 30 health.
