And those memes (as well as the rest of the popular copycat memes on YouTube) are based on the original concept shown in the music video. Are those other memes so "original" then? Not really. Besides all that, I am someone who believes that more than one song can have an original meme to it. Just because there's already a meme to the song and someone goes and makes their own original, with a new concept for the animation/movements/editing etc. doesn't mean that they're not both original. Sure it has the same song, so what? When it came to my Wildfire meme I made mine before Re-Paws made theirs, but i consider both of them to be original. It's probably my most complex yet simple meme I've created, and it's my favorite out of my originals too! I know it may not be very unique, and I know there's already a few different versions of memes that have this same song, but they're all based off of the concept shown in the original music video. And although I rly like that concept, I still wanted to create a meme that fit my style a bit better. I hope you enjoyed it, and I hope to see some great creative remixes at some point!
