Press the Face Palm button to... well obviously Face Palm. The more Face palms you do the higher your score will get and the higher your score gets the more things you will unlock and the more things you unlock the faster you can hit yourself and the faster you can hit your self the more things you can unlock until you have unlocked all the items.
