As you can see, I've just done the basic sketch. I haven't decided on my palette yet, but that can wait. Note that this is my first water dragon. Do not hate me because it's a simple design, as it's not fully planned yet! I do mean to change the one line of central spinal fins from the shoulders to the tail-tip with two rows of fins instead.
