Tips ~ Add some details, and give a description in project about the Character, pick a suitable title as well ~ Rules ~ You can use digital art, bitmap, vector, traditional drawing, or any other way Remember, the entry must be made by you (not others) You are allowed to give a little animation Be creative!!
