Please don't complain about not being able to use another programme - you can use Picmonkey, Pixlr, and DeviantArt Muro they're online picture editors 4. Please don't insult other peoples entries. Unless it was a joke entry with horrible things written on it, then yeah, I'm cool with that, whoever does something like that kinda deserves it. 5. You really don't need to tell me if you're going to enter! I mean, I'm grateful that you're entering, and I love it when I go into my inbox and see that someone has made a CC entry, but if you tell me you're entering, it kind of just spams my inbox.
