CONTROLS Use the up and down keys to move. Use the left and right keys to pan between elements. Collect Hydrogen, Helium, and Carbon (red, blue and green circles). Dodge the gray circles so you don't lose your HP. Regain it with the magenta circles. Shoot missiles at the star with the space bar to make it evolve. STATISTICS Hydrogen = 1 point down Helium = 2 points down Carbon = 3 points down Gray = -50 HP Magenta = +50 HP GAMEPLAY Each time your star evolves, the game gets faster. There is a (very generous) time limit. If you fail, you can try again from before you messed up. Level up to increase your ship's capabilities up to level 4. GIST OF STAR CREATION Use heavier elements, unlocked at later levels, to make smaller stars. Use lighter elements to make bigger stars. The largest stars, and the only ones that can turn into a black hole, are unlocked at level 4 and are necessary to beat the game. You might come across a blue star in the game. They are rarer, hotter stars that become more common at later levels. Feel free to experiment with different elements to create different stars, but watch out for the time limit!

Sm stands for solar mass, and is an astronomical unit of measure that shows how massive a star is compared to the sun (ex. 4 sm=4x the sun's mass). To find regular mass from solar mass, use this formula: m = sm x 1.989 × 10^30 (a one wth 30 zeros) kg, or 4.385 x 10^30 pounds (the mass of the sun). Likewise, a Jupiter mass is comparing the mass of Jupiter to the mass of a brown dwarf.
