I got an Amber Alert on my phone on New Year's Eve at 2:40pm. My phone said: Sharpsville, PA AMBER ALERT: LIC/GGD-7760 (OH) Dark Green Ford Explorer. Later, that 8 month old baby girl was found safe. That AMBER ALERT happened in Mercer County. I live in Allegheny County. The child's name was Ariella Downs. The alleged abductor's name is Antonio Velazquez-Rupert. Do you know what an abductor is? I'm out of ideas again...
