Scratch Phone would be a scratch app for your phone. You could download your games so they can be "apps" and you could play them anywhere. You could also download other people's projects. When you were done you would make an app icon making or using sprites from the project. There would be new blocks such as "Iphone turned (Number input) much" (That would be a detector but who cares?)
