"Whereas a normal Dandidoo would be very careful on where its dandiflorets are blown, the Majestic Dandidoo is just the opposite, though that may be because it is blind and uses its sense of smell to move itself around. It also somehow grew wings, giving it a huge advantage over most Cold elements. Why the wings are see-through, however, is a story all to itself."
