This game is a tribute to the great depression (1929-1939) this is why the title is '1937'. The music is from the same essential time period, 1902. It is "the Entertainer", by Scott Joplin. The little grey shapes that sometimes appear randomly on the screen are meant to simulate scratches in the film, something common in movies of the time. This is also where I get the black and white color scheme (I couldn't find a good tan color, but I think this does the trick). CURATED THANKS MIDNIGHT STUDIOS!
